The Russian who was rescued from a yacht which had hit Skerryvore at the height of Tuesday's storm, and who was subsequently arrested, is wanted in Norway for stealing the yacht. Evgeny Dorofeev had borrowed the yacht from a Norwegian company on condition he didn't take it out of Norwegian waters. Full story
