We missed something last night. This is from the AuroraWatch website at http://aurorawatch.lancs.ac.uk/ and it shows a major event starting in the early hours of this morning.With the sky increasingly light as we move towards summer, when it's too light even at midnight to see an aurora, here's hoping it's a clear night tonight.
I was back home from mull for the week and got great views and photos down in cumbria! wish i was on mull though as i heard it was spectacular up there...
